Last week we spent time disucssing whether Jews keeping all the commandments during the Tribulation period would be enough for their salvation. It was a good and lively discussion.
Here are my thoughts on this subject:
"While keeping the commandments is important and a reflection of one's faith, salvation is ultimately based on faith in Jesus Christ. The Bible teaches that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus, not by works or keeping the commandments alone.
During the Tribulation, there may be Jewish individuals who keep the commandments and seek to follow God's laws, but salvation ultimately comes through faith in Jesus as the Messiah and Savior. The apostle Paul, in his letters, teaches that righteousness comes through faith in Christ, not through works of the law.
It is important for all individuals, including Jews, to put their faith in Jesus Christ for salvation. While obedience to God's commandments is important, it is faith in Jesus that ultimately saves."
What are your thoughts?
Glad you clarified/ I went home puzzeled but quickly went back to scripture and concluded what I always believed which is what you stated above. John 14:6 puts it to bed.
